However, contrary to popular notion, there is nothing wrong with eating rice. It's carb (but so is pasta and bread) and has fiber and nutrients. It's just that, like in anything, moderation is the key.  Just eat rice moderately. And actually, it's salt and water that makes you feel bloated, not the rice. Plus, you probably eat too much too many all at once that's why you feel tired and so full after eating (before compared to now). Plus, rice is important, it is converted into energy by our body. Look at Americans, most of them are obese and overweight but they don't eat rice. Think about it.
Just my opinion.
